The 28,000 sf office space will consist of executive boardrooms, large break room including wine bar, snack bar, coffee station and much more. The design highlights the e.l.f. brand and identity within the custom drywall, millwork and graphics.

Partnering with Jamestown and the Levi Plaza team; upgrading multiple floors at 1160 Battery West consisted of a full floor multi tenant build capturing an elevated design targeting AI and Financial firms in San Francisco.

WCB was selected to build out Greycroft’s new San Francisco office at 801 Montgomery. The build included private offices through, custom millwork office fronts, boardrooms and break room. The Venture Capitol firm moved in April of 2026.

West Coast Build partnered with the building team to transform this space into a standout tenant offering within the downtown San Francisco market.

The project features elevated millwork, premium acoustic elements, and a fully integrated audio‑video system that supports seamless presentations, meetings, and events. Every detail—from material selection to technology coordination—was executed to create a sophisticated, high‑performance environment that tenants can utilize throughout the day.
