Nate Diger - Chief Executive Officer
As a fifth-generation San Franciscan, Nate appreciates the growth and development the Bay Area has undergone in terms of construction. He learned valuable experience starting over 20 years ago while attending Chico State University majoring in Construction Management and working weekends and summers in the Bay Area doing ground-up construction. After graduating, he has spent the greater part of two decades building Bay Area relationships and advancing his career with the last 12 years specializing in Tenant Improvements. He values strong relationships and is dedicated to providing clients with a positive experience founded in delivering high-quality projects and treating the clients as an extension of the team. Although he is always looking for new opportunities, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and improving his golf game.

Jake Floethe - Chief Operations Officer
A bay-area native, Jake embodies a connection in taking part of the development of the region he calls home. Over the last decade, he has channeled his energy into project management and relationship cultivation in the construction industry, primarily within the financial services and high-tech sectors. Before venturing into construction, Jake's narrative unfolded on the baseball diamond, where he contributed to securing the 2008 College World Series championship at Fresno State; he proceeded to continue his academic and baseball career as he graduated from Cal State Fullerton. His tenure with baseball organizations like the Tampa Bay Rays and Chicago White Sox cemented a team-oriented mindset, a trait woven into his approach to construction. Experience the convergence of two passions in Jake's journey — where construction and camaraderie intersect. When Jake isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys giving back to the baseball community working with local youth programs.
